Megan Ryan
Director
Ms. Megan Ryan, Senior Vice President and Manager of Investment Syndication, is responsible for overseeing the syndication operation for the LIHTC and Historic Tax Credit and New Market Tax Credit products, and ongoing Investor Relations.
Previously, she was the Senior Vice President of Business Development for Churchill Stateside Group, focused on expanding the federal Affordable Housing platform. Ms. Ryan was previously a Managing Director in the Affordable Housing Equity Group of Centerline Capital Group and responsible for managing their institutional tax credit investor relationships and overseeing the Portfolio Management team.
Prior to joining Centerline, she was a Vice President at Enterprise Community Investment, Inc. for eight years, where she was responsible for new business development for Enterprise’s LIHTC equity product and managed numerous key LIHTC investor relationships.
Ms. Ryan’s career also includes a position as the Director of Development, the Fiver Foundation, and positions in real estate finance at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Bank of New York and Merrill Lynch. Additionally, Ms. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Fairfield University, and a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University.
