Josephine Hodges
Director
A native Washingtonian, Ms. Hodges is retired and has been a Columbia Heights Village Apartments resident for 30+ years. She also serves as the Vice Chair of CHV’s Tenant/Resident Association. Ms. Hodges is also the proud mother of three children, who reside in S.C. and Maryland.
Josephine enjoys dancing and baking, and she is also a volunteer at Victory Heights Apartments, which serves senior citizens with cooking and serving those who cannot do so for themselves.
